The Red Wing Shoe Company was founded by Charles Beckman in Red Wing, Minnesota. He saw the need for durable, comfortable Boots and realised that there were none that suited his needs. In 1905, Red Wing Shoe Company was established by Charles and his partners and production started. In today's market the employees of Red Wing Shoe Company use the same traditional methods of boot making and their line ranges from the Moc Toe Boot, Round Toe Boot and Prairie Boot, to the Chelsea Rancher, Iron Ranger Boot and Pecos Boot.
