Baracuta started life in a small garment factory in Manchester, John and Issac Miller had a goal to make an innovative new blouson jacket. They were given permission to use the classic feature of a G9 jacket, the Fraser Tartan. After conquering Britain, the Baracuta then took on America and was an instant hit. With the likes of Elvis and Steve McQueen promoting the Baracuta G9 it was a huge success. The 1960's soap Peyton Place then gave birth to the name Harrington, as the main character Rodney Harrigton was always wearing a Baracuta G9 Jacket.
