Vans California
In 1966 Paul Van Doren and Three partners opened up there first store in California. The Vans footwear company was unique in that it manufactured the shoes and sold them directly to the public. Over the next decade the Vans footwear craze would take of and by 1980 Vans would have over 70 stores in the California area alone.
